Just in time for the 50th anniversary of the classic film, we created this fun and festive snow cone recipe for a perfectly themed spooky summertime treat!
Ingredients:
½ cup fine granulated sugar
½ cup water
3 tsp citric acid
5 tbsp blue raspberry Torani syrup
(Optional) 1 tsp blue raspberry lemonade Kool Aid powder for increased sourness and brighter blue color
Strawberry Torani syrup for drizzle
Directions:
Pour water, sugar, and citric acid into a saucepan.
Heat until dissolved, stirring regularly.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Add blue raspberry Torani syrup and optional Kool Aid powder, stir thoroughly.
Make crushed ice using blender or snow cone maker.
Pour mixture over ice.
Drizzle strawberry Torani syrup over the top.
Add a shark finger puppet.
Enjoy!
